AR Review:

- Mike make sure iqsample.ibs and checklist are posted.
  - Posted but hard to find. The entry is called "IBIS_summit_4oct2004".

- Roy contact Altium to see if they can join us or contribute
  - No interest was expressed by Altium.

- David send .measure example deck
  - No report

- David and Roy to update section 6 "Correlation"
  - Mike needs to send contact info to David and Roy

Continued review of the IQ spec:

- There was some discussion of how far the IQ spec should go, and
  what would be considered "over-reach" in telling model makers
  how to make models.
